This adventure is particularly rewarding for spotting tigers in their natural habitat and capturing stunning wildlife moments.

The best season to enjoy a Jeep Safari in Corbett is between November and June when the forest comes alive with activity. However, we provide safari services year-round, except during the monsoon season when the Bijrani and Dhikala zones remain closed due to rain-damaged roads.

Explore the enchanting forest zones, including Dhikala, Bijrani, Jhirna, Dhela, Sonanadi, Durgadevi, and Sitabani, each offering its own unique charm and wildlife experiences. The journey begins at Dhangari Gate, the primary entry point, located about 17 kilometers from Ramnagar city on the Ranikhet road.

Safari Timings

  • Summer Season:

    • Morning: 6:00 AM to 10:00 AM
    • Evening: 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM

  • Winter Season:

    • Morning: 6:30 AM to 10:30 AM
    • Evening: 1:30 PM to 5:30 PM

Important Guidelines for Jeep Safari Booking with Wild Wave Journey

At Wild Wave Journey, we aim to provide you with a seamless and memorable Jeep Safari experience in Jim Corbett National Park. To ensure your safety and enjoyment, please read and follow these essential guidelines before booking your safari adventure.

Booking and Planning

  • Advance Booking: Jeep Safari bookings open 45 days in advance, giving you ample time to plan your visit. Early booking is recommended to secure your preferred slots.
  • Safari Timings: Safaris are available during specific time slots in the morning and evening, ensuring the best wildlife viewing opportunities.

Safari Schedule

  • Morning Slot: Operates from 6:00 AM to 11:00 AM
  • Evening Slot: Runs from 11:30 AM to 5:30 PM
  • Timing Adjustments: Please note that safari timings may be adjusted due to unforeseen circumstances like weather changes. Any updates will be shared promptly.

Documentation Requirements

  • ID Proof: A valid Government of India-approved ID is mandatory for safari bookings. Acceptable IDs include Driving License, PAN Card, Voter ID, AADHAR Card, Passport, etc.
  • Verification: Carry the original ID during the safari, as it will be checked at the park entrance. Providing incorrect information during booking is solely the responsibility of the visitor.

Visitor Responsibility

  • Personal Belongings: Visitors are responsible for securing their belongings during the safari.
  • Safety Rules: Stepping out of the jeep during the safari is strictly prohibited for your safety and to avoid disturbing the wildlife.

Safari Zones

Explore the rich biodiversity of Jim Corbett through various forest zones, including Dhikala, Bijrani, Jhirna, Dhela, Sonanadi, Durgadevi, and Sitabani.

Booking Terms and Conditions

  • Non-Refundable Booking: Once confirmed, safari bookings are non-refundable, non-replaceable, and non-transferable.
  • Entry Permits: Permits are provisional and may be subject to last-minute changes or cancellations.

General Guidelines

  • Restricted Entry: Entry into the National Park is prohibited after sunset.
  • No Pets: Pets are not allowed in the Corbett Tiger Reserve.
  • Wildlife Protection Rules: Visitors are required to follow all regulations under the Wildlife Protection Act to contribute to conservation efforts.

Meeting Points and Access

  • Jeep Pickup Point: Safari jeeps are available at designated locations such as Corbett Reception in Ramnagar or Dhangari Gate, providing a convenient starting point for your adventure.
